Dr. Antony Harwood

Dr. Antony “Tony” Harwood is an economic geologist with over 40 years of international exploration and mining experience, primarily focused on gold and copper. He has served as President and CEO of Montero Mining & Exploration Ltd. since 2009 and led the company to its IPO on the TSX.V in 2011. Before joining Montero, Tony was President and CEO of Africo Resources Ltd., where he successfully listed the company on the TSX to advance a major copper-cobalt project in the DRC. He also held the position of Vice President Generative at Placer Dome Inc. for eight years, contributing to the company’s significant growth before its acquisition by Barrick Gold Corp. in 2006. Tony’s extensive experience includes serving as Executive Chairman of Universal Coal PLC, which he listed on the ASX in 2010, and as a non-executive director for several companies, including Adamus Resources (ASX/TSX), Endeavour Mining (TSX/ASX), Auryx Gold Corp. (TSX.V), African Gold Group (TSX), and Lappland Goldminers (STO). He currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Tesoro Resources, East African Metals, and Hudson Resources (all TSX.V-listed). He also founded Harwood International Ltd., a geological consulting firm operating for over a decade, and held academic positions as a lecturer in Economic Geology at the University of Wales, Cardiff, and the University of Natal, Durban. Tony holds a B.Sc. (Hons) cum laude and a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK.
Greg Hall
Director
Greg Hall is a highly respected and experienced geologist with over 40 years of international experience. He previously served as Chief Geologist for Placer Dome Inc., a major Canadian gold mining company. Throughout his distinguished career, Greg played a key role in the discovery of several significant mining projects, including Barrick Gold’s Granny Smith mine and Rio Tinto’s Yandi iron ore mine. Additionally, he contributed to the gold discoveries at Keringal and Wallaby in Australia’s Eastern Goldfields and was involved in defining AngloGold Ashanti’s Sunrise gold mine. Greg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Andrew Thomson
Director
Andrew Thomson brings 27 years of experience in mineral exploration across Central and Latin America. An entrepreneur with a focus on exploration in Mexico, Honduras, and Panama since 1993, Andrew has held significant leadership roles in the industry. He was formerly the President of Link Mineral Ventures Ltd., Azul Resources (Bermuda) Ltd., and Soltoro Ltd. (TSX.V), a junior mining and exploration company focused on silver in Mexico, which was acquired by Agnico Eagle in 2015. Currently, Andrew serves as President and CEO of Palamina (TSX.V), where he oversees exploration efforts in a large gold belt in Peru. He also serves as a director of Winshear Gold Corp. (TSX.V).
Jamie Levy

Jamie Levy has 25 years of experience in the financing and management of Canadian mining companies, with a strong track record in raising capital and overseeing listed companies.
Most recently, Jamie served as President and CEO of Pine Point Mining, which was acquired by Osisko Metals in 2017. Prior to that, he was Vice President at PineTree Capital in Toronto. Jamie is currently the President and CEO of Generation Mining Ltd., where he is leading the development of a PGM (platinum group metals) mine in Canada.
Timothy Livesey
Director
Timothy “Tim” Livesey is a seasoned geologist and mining professional with over 30 years of experience in gold and base metal exploration, working on a number of exploration and advanced stage projects through feasibility to development. He also brings expertise in international investment disputes and arbitration. Tim’s career spans 14 years at Barrick Gold, where he held various global roles. He was instrumental in the development of the Tethyan Copper Company Joint Venture at Reko Diq copper-gold project in Pakistan, a project that later became involved in an ICSID arbitration process. Tim was involved with the development of the Nkomati Nickel Mine (South Africa) and the Kabanga Nickel Project (Tanzania). Over his 30-year career, Tim has held multiple executive and board level roles across junior, mid-tier and senior companies listed in London and Canada.
