Dr. Antony Harwood – President, CEO & Director
Dr. Antony “Tony” Harwood is an economic geologist with over 4 decades of international exploration and mining experience, primarily focused on gold and copper. He has served as President and CEO of Montero since 2009 and led the Company to its IPO on the TSX Venture Exchange in 2011. Tony has held executive and non-executive board roles across multiple TSX- and ASX-listed mining companies. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) and a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK
Sheri Rempel – Chief Financial Officer
Sheri Rempel has over 25 + years of experience in accounting and financial management, including experience supporting public companies with financial, regulatory, and advisory services.

Gregory Hall – Non-executive Director
Greg Hall is a highly respected geologist with over 4 decades of international experience. Formerly Chief Geologist at Placer Dome Inc., Greg played key roles in several major mineral discoveries, including Barrick’s Granny Smith gold mine and Rio Tinto’s Yandi iron ore mine. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Jamie Levy – Non-executive Director
Jamie Levy has over 25 + years of experience in the financing and management of Canadian mining companies. He previously served as President and CEO of Pine Point Mining, acquired by Osisko Metals in 2017, and is currently President and CEO of Generation Mining Ltd., advancing a platinum group metals project in Canada.
Timothy Livesey – Non-executive Director
Timothy “Tim” Livesey is a geologist and mining professional with over 30 years of experience across exploration, feasibility, and development-stage projects. He spent 14 years at Barrick Gold and was involved in the development of major projects including Reko Diq (Pakistan), Nkomati (South Africa), and Kabanga (Tanzania), and brings experience in international investment disputes and arbitration. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of Newcastle, UK.
Technical & Project Leadership
Marcial Vergara Montero – Chief Consulting Geologist & Qualified Person
Based in Santiago, Marcial Vergara has over 40 years of experience in gold and copper exploration throughout Chile and Latin America. He has worked with major mining companies including Anglo American Chile, Codelco, Placer Dome, Collahuasi, and Anaconda, and provides strategic geological oversight to Montero’s projects. Marcial holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the Universidad de Chile and is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
Michael Evans – Chief Geologist & Qualified Person
Michael “Mike” Evans is an exploration geologist with over 45 + years of experience, including more than two decades with Phelps Dodge Corporation. He has worked extensively in Chile and across South America and Africa, leading target generation, project evaluation, and feasibility studies. Mike holds an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Natal and is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
Geoff Skelton – Consulting Metallurgist & Project Manager
Geoff Skelton is a metallurgist with over 35 + years of experience in gold, base metals, PGMs, and specialty metals. He is a recognised expert in hydrometallurgy and solvent extraction and spent 21 years with Impala Platinum Refineries in senior operational and project management roles. Geoff holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Exeter, UK.

Fabiola Galaz – Country Administrator – Chile (Inter Partners E.I.R.L.)
Fabiola Galaz is a Chilean-Canadian professional with over 25 years of experience in administration and international business development. She is the founder of Inter Partners E.I.R.L. and has extensive experience supporting Canadian companies operating in Chile, including prior service as a Corfo representative in Canada.
