Montero is led by a management team and Board of Directors with extensive experience in mineral exploration, development, and capital markets. This experience underpins the Company’s disciplined adoption of AI and machine-learning tools as part of its exploration workflow, ensuring new technologies enhance — rather than replace — proven geological practices.
The Company’s leadership recognises that modern exploration requires both technical expertise and the effective use of data analytics. AI-assisted tools are used strictly to support exploration decision-making, while geological interpretation and Qualified Person oversight remain central to all technical outcomes.
